Governing Law

If any of these Terms of Use shall for any reason be held invalid or illegal or are declared to be null and void, shall not affect the other Terms of Use which shall remain in full force and effect.
Amendment of Terms of Use
These Terms of Use are subject to modification by Theon’s sole discretion at any time without prior notification to the Visitors. Updated Terms of Use will be available on Theon IR Website and are effective immediately once they are available to Theon IR Website.
